Get Recruited UK ltd

Get Recruited is a specialist commercial recruitment agency based in Manchester with offices in London, Birmingham & Liverpool. Strata provides board Director services and has been invested and involved with the company for the last 11 years

Swift Managed Services ltd

Was formed in 2011 to provide IT managed services to SME businesses. We invested in the business and provided Board leadership services. This included the acquistion of Easy-connectltd, Corpex ltd & Dolphin Communications. We also undertook a complete finance of the company raising over £500k in facilities. Strata managed the sale of Swift to Qubic plc in 2017. 

Fused Group ltd

Fused group was formed from the purchase of Telecomplete, Poptel Technologies, Smart Devices & Mywebcall.com. We continued our board position from Telecomplete over seeing Sales Marketing and acquisitions. We also manage the raising of  £1m+ in investment funds from a professional director. The business grew rapidly until its sale to Griffin Internet in 2010

Telecomplete ltd 

Telecomplete was an ISP based in manchester which was spun out of the Opal telecom business. We invested into telecomplete in its 2nd year of business taking on a board leadership position and taking an active role in the business. Telecomplete won a number of awards including ISP of the year twice. Before being sold via a MBO to Fused Group 2007.
